H-PAC는 고온의 배가스 환경을 위해 특별히 제조된 브롬화 분말 활성탄입니다. H-PAC는 최대 426°C의 고온 플랜트 환경을 위해 설계되었습니다.

Albemarle의 H-PAC 흡착제는 고온 전기 집진기가 있는 시스템과 공기 예열기 상류에 주입 시 수은 제어 문제를 해결해 주는 고성능 솔루션입니다. H-PAC 기술은 당사의 B-PAC™ 흡착제에서 처음 개발되어 입증된 브롬화 기술과 첨단 기술을 결합하여 최대 426°C의 온도에서 최적화된 성능을 제공합니다. 고온측 ESP는 204°C 이상의 온도에서 기존 활성탄 흡착제로는 수은을 포집하기 어렵다는 것이 입증되었습니다. 광범위한 현장 시험과 본격적인 현장 실증 작업을 통해 Albemarle은 H-PAC의 성능 특성을 최적화하여 371°C 이상의 연도 가스 온도에서 70%의 제거율을 달성할 수 있었습니다. H-PAC은 공기 예열기의 뜨거운 면에 주입하는 데에도 사용할 수 있습니다. 공기 예열기를 통해 흡착제와 연기 가스를 밀접하게 혼합함으로써 흡착제 소비량을 크게 낮출 수 있습니다. H-PAC은 고온 성능을 위해 설계된 이 구성을 최대한 활용해야 합니다.
