H-PAC™ 高温水銀吸着剤
H-PACは、高温の燃焼ガス環境向けに特別に製造された臭素化粉末活性炭です。H-PACは、最高426℃までの高温のプラント向けに設計されています。
特徴：
アルベマール社のH-PAC吸着剤は、高温側電気集塵装置を備えたシステムにおける水銀制御の課題や、空気予熱器の上流への注入に対する高性能ソリューションです。H-PAC テクノロジーは、当社の B-PAC™ 吸着剤で先駆的に開発された実績のある臭素化テクノロジーと、426℃までの温度で最適化された性能を発揮する先進的な技術を組み合わせたものです。高温側電気集塵装置では、従来の活性炭吸着剤では204℃を超える温度では水銀の捕捉が困難であることが証明されています。広範囲にわたる実地試験とフルスケールの現場実証作業を通じて、アルベマール社はH-PACの性能特性を最適化し、371℃を超える煙道ガス温度で70%の除去率を達成することができました。H-PACは、空気予熱器の高温側への注入にも使用できます。空気予熱器を通した吸収剤と排ガスの混合を密に行うことで、吸収剤の消費量を大幅に削減できます。H-PACは、高温性能向けに設計されたこの構成を最大限に活用するために必要です。
