ZnCl2
'기성품' 2-메틸-THF 용액을 사용하면 흡습성이 강하고 먼지가 많은 ZnCl2 분말을 취급할 필요가 없습니다.
ZnCl2/2-메틸-THF 용액은 주로 유기 합성에 적용하기 위해 개발되었습니다. 응용 분야의 예시는 다음과 같습니다.
-유기마그네슘 및 유기리튬 화합물의 트랜스메탈화를 통해 C-C 커플링 반응을 위한 아연 시약 생성(네기시 프로토콜).
- 표준 염기를 사용하여 카르보닐 화합물을 탈양성자화한 후 ZnCl2와 트랜스메탈화하여 아연 에놀레이트 형성
-사이클로 부가 반응의 촉매(예: 전자가 풍부한 디엔 및 카르보닐 화합물의 디엘-알더 반응)
-선택적 환원제 준비(예: NaBH4와 ZnCl2의 반응에 의한 Zn(BH4)2)
