水銀制御臭化ナトリウム、45%溶液
水銀制御臭化ナトリウムは、45重量%臭化ナトリウム塩の水溶液である。
水銀管理臭化ナトリウムは、発電装置や焼却炉の煙道ガス環境に存在する元素水銀の酸化を促進するために使用できる。酸化水銀は、従来の汚染処理および装置によってより容易に除去可能である。臭化ナトリウムは、活性炭などの吸着材に添加して、元素水銀の吸収を高めることもできる。
臭化ナトリウム45%溶液は、水溶液中で安定した最も高い臭化ナトリウム濃度を有する。この製品は、水分含有量を可能な限り低く抑えながら臭化物をプロセスに供給することが可能である。この製品の合計結晶化温度は38°Fであり、一部のユーザーはこれを夏用グレードの製品とみなしている。
