Das Flammschutzmittel SAYTEX RB-9170 hat eine niedrige Viskosität und ist ein reaktives, aromatisches bromhaltiges Diol mit hohem Bromgehalt. Das Produkt ist eine bernsteinfarbene Flüssigkeit mit niedriger Viskosität und verbesserten Verarbeitungs- und Lagereigenschaften im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen bromierten Diolen. Aufgrund der niedrigen Viskosität bei Raumtemperatur entfällt die Notwendigkeit für beheizte, isolierte Lagertanks und Fässerheizsysteme. Dieses patentierte, unternehmenseigene Produkt ist das Ergebnis der Technologie von Albemarle, mit der einzigartige, hocharomatische, bromhaltige Diole in niedrigviskoser Form hergestellt werden.
