SAYTEX ALERO® Fine™ Flame Retardant
SAYTEX ALERO® Fine™ is a polymeric flame retardant intended for use in coatings formulations which require controlled, small particle size. It is part of the SAYTEX ALERO platform, which provides flame retardant performance across a range of processing conditions while supporting formulation flexibility and customizable material properties.
Product suitability and recommended use levels should be determined for the specific polymer, processing conditions and required fire safety performance.

Latex and adhesives compositions. Not recommended for thermoplastics applications.
Features
SAYTEX ALERO Fine flame retardant is in white powder form containing 72-73% bromine. It does not contain PBDEs and is fully compliant with RoHS. No EPA Significant New Use Rule (SNUR) currently applies to SAYTEX ALERO Fine. Depending on the application, it is easily melt-blendable, returns high melt flow and provides excellent thermal and color stability while retaining high gloss and impact strength.
