Albemarle’s Supplier Diversity Program is a global initiative, which reflects our desire to support and participate in spending with a diverse business population everywhere Albemarle does business. Albemarle also recognizes the benefits of using a diverse, local supply base when appropriate. 

The three main elements of Albemarle’s diversity spend strategy are as follows: 

• Actively seeking out and maintaining a diverse supplier base
• Building local supplier capability
• Promoting local enterprise through localization of the supply chain
