Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the OTC department to identify project opportunities to improve efficiencies, to address short-term process/procedure changes and develop forward looking support in OTC growth.
• Work with OTC and other departments, including  Business/Sales, and Logistics teams,  to identify project opportunities to improve efficiencies and to address process/procedure changes
• Work on and/or lead project teams to analyze, design, and implement process and  procedural improvements
• Participate in the development of  key performance indicators for meaningful process improvement success measurements
• Participate in Quality Reviews for the OTC Department
• Train new team members to the OTC Department
• Train OTC Department on updated processes
• Maintain work instructions for OTC processes
• Test SAP program changes in the Sales & Distribution module in testing environments in order to trouble shoot programs and issues prior to implementation
• Test new non-SAP programs in testing environments for new databases and processes
• Day to day support of OTC user community to resolve transactional and process issues
• Conduct initial assessment of user issues  and collaborate with technical resources as required for resolution.

REQUIREMENTS
• Data driven, strategic thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient User of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Proficient User of SD  module of SAP and relationships to other SAP modules
• Excellent team player
• SAP Experience
• Ability to participate in cross-functional, team-oriented environment
• Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership internally and externally
• Ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
• Listens to others to respond effectively to ideas and questions.
 

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Technical area desired
• Customer Service or Supply Chain experience desired
• Fluency in English
