Each year, foodborne illnesses strike 600 million people worldwide and claims 420,000 lives, according to the World Health Organization. We've developed three USDA and FDA-approved antimicrobial products, designed for pathogens impacting specific proteins that anchor countless family meals:

 

  • BoviBrom® provides high efficacy at low dosage rates to help protect against Salmonella and E. coli in beef. From holiday prime rib to weeknight steak, when deployed and compared to other chemistries, BoviBrom provides both enhanced worker safety against harmful odors and end-consumer protection against pathogens and with minimized impacts of the organoleptic profile, which dictates the odor, taste, texture, and shelf-life of premium cuts of beef.
  • AviBrom® helps reduce harmful pathogens from raw poultry, including Campylobacter and Salmonella, using a safer, less corrosive solution in specific applications alongside other chemistries.
  • PorciBrom® helps combat Salmonella and E. coli in pork as an antimicrobial that integrates well into production processes and provides a synergistic effect with other compatible chemistries used in the pork industry.
