Job Description

• Familiar with safety laws and regulation, GB codes and government regulation requirements.
• Leading the efforts to ensure operation, projects, vendors and all other functional department’s task are conducted in full compliant with China standards, codes, regulation, law and corporate requirements with regard to safety.
• Ensure all required permits are in place and properly maintained.
• Build a structured and sustainable safety management system by developing, reviewing, updating safety procedures in line with national codes, standards, regulation, laws and corporate requirements.
• Develop company-level safety training materials and ensure compliance with the requirements of company procedure and national standard and continuously improve and update the training package.
• Responsible for contractor’s management including safety induction, safe work plan review, construction site safety management and contractor safety KPI management.
• Responsible for emergency and security management including fire fighting facilities, emergency response team, ER procedure, security team and security procedures.
• Responsible for emergency drills.
• Leading incident RCA to find root cause to prevent re-occurrence.
