An important recruiting objective is to continue to match early talent with successful and challenging careers at Albemarle which allow individuals with diverse backgrounds to realize their potential through our established programs.

At Albemarle, we actively recruit on campuses around the world to find talented and motivated people to join our team. We look for students from a variety of disciplines and at all degree levels to fill positions in our manufacturing plants, technology resources, research and development labs and our business offices. Our positions provide meaningful and rewarding career opportunities that allow you to impact how things are done and how people live.

Our internship and co-op programs allow students to apply classroom knowledge, gain hands-on industry experience and get exposure to Albemarle's culture, career options and key decision makers. We strive to fill our entry-level professional positions with previous Albemarle Interns and Co-ops, as well as other recent college graduates.

Our University Recruiting teams hold information sessions, attend career fairs and conduct on-campus interviews annually at numerous universities. Please contact your university's Career Center/Placement office to determine when Albemarle will be visiting your campus.

Soon after moving to the Houston area last year, Rachel Crouch saw Mission for Paws, a nonprofit cat and kitten rescue that operates solely with in-home volunteer fosters, hosting a cat adoption event at a local pet store. Crouch, on a whim, signed up to serve as a volunteer foster for the organization.
