These analyses and performance evaluations are conducted through close coordination between our customers and our highly trained technical specialists.
Modern FCC units process a variety of feedstocks. To maximize profitability ,the unit is pushed to one or more constraints, which depend on the feedstock being processed, the unit configuration and the mode of operation. With a properly tuned FCC catalyst and additives, the unit operating window is increased, thereby giving the flexibility to process heavier and cheaper feedstocks or increase unit severity for maximum conversion to higher margins lighter products.

Catalyst performance is enhanced by applying appropriate metal trapping technology and by using unique manufacturing technologies that ensure that a catalyst provides high accessibility for the feed molecules to the zeolite and the matrix for maximum bottoms cracking.
