Albemarle is recruiting for a Chemical Operator in Qinzhou, Guangxi.

 

What you will do

  • Familiar with the production process, familiar with the basic structure and performance of screening machine, vacuum feeder, packaging machine, wrapping machine and other equipment;
  • Responsible for the operation, inspection, maintenance and upkeep of the equipment in this position;
  • Be familiar with the material qualification judgement standards, and ensure that the packaging operation is carried out after the physical appearance of the material is qualified;
  • Communicate and coordinate with the drying position;
  • Strictly follow the procedures to carry out the inspection of the packaging bag to ensure that the packaging bag is qualified and usable;
  • Before sealing each batch of products, the physical appearance inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Product Quality Inspection", and the bag can be sealed only if there is no abnormality;
  • Responsible for the warehousing procedures of products;
  • Responsible for assisting in quality inspection and doing a good job in product outbound inspection;
  • Responsible for the redissolution of nonconforming products;
  • Pay close attention to the foreign body situation of this position, and it is strictly forbidden to introduce foreign bodies, especially metal foreign bodies;
  • Responsible for the sanitation and cleaning of the equipment and area of the post;
  • Be familiar with the contents involved in the safety data sheets of various chemicals and materials related to the position, and know what you should know;
  • Strictly abide by the safety regulations, conscientiously implement the confirmation system, and ensure safe production;
  • Find problems such as faults and potential safety hazards, report them in a timely manner, and take emergency measures to prevent accidents;
  • Make various records of the position and complete other work items arranged by the superior leaders.

 

What you need to meet:

  • Full-time technical secondary school degree or above, major in chemistry and chemical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering and other related majors.
  • More than two years of experience in central control operation in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, experience in chemical enterprises is preferred.
  • Have certain language and writing skills, understand the operation of modern machinery and equipment;
