ETHACURE® curatives are liquid curatives so there's never any need for melting, even in cold climates. Because they are liquids, there's never any hazardous dust to be concerned about. And they work with virtually any commercially available prepolymer, including both polyether and polyester systems. Easy-to-handle ETHACURE curatives are ideal for cold- and hot-cast elastomer processes (rollers, wheels, molds, prototype tools and parts), polyurethane spray systems (architectural coatings for concrete or masonry such as sewers, bridges, roofing, joint fillers) and polyurethane reaction injection molding systems (large RIM parts and structural RIM for auto parts).

NEW from Albemarle for Polyurethane/Polyurea Systems:

Albemarle now offers ETHACURE 420 chain extender, a proven aromatic diamine for polyurea and polyurethane formulations used to produce coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers. ETHACURE 420 chain extender is designed for use with other Albemarle ETHACURE curatives for cure-rate adjustment. Applicators appreciate the way it improves pot life, and they like the ease of application. Thicker, more consistent coatings are easy to create, as are the soft elastomers used in caulks and sealants.
