Safety first

Our emphasis on process safety and a belief that all injuries are preventable have made us a leader in our industry. Employee involvement and an active awareness program are key elements of our safety culture. Site security is also highly emphasized and we have met the guidelines of the security code by the ACC, including 3^rd party assessment.

Not only do we take the responsibility of making our products safely, we also think “safety first” in the distribution of our products to our customers. A multidiscipline team assesses and monitors the safety and security issues connected with distribution of our regulated materials. In the past year, this team has taken action to upgrade our product containers for several regulated products, added improved container routing and tracking systems and defined enhanced training and improved equipment for our haulers.
